While higher mortgage rates are putting a squeeze on rental profits at the moment, this is a short-term phenomenon, and as soon as the inflation figures start to reduce, the mortgage rates will too.

What’s more is that because of the market uncertainty, the rental stock is drying up, causing rents to increase. As a result, rental profits will likely increase over the next few months and years.
