Whitelist

Add us to your trusted list of senders or contacts to prevent emails from going to spam!

Look in your inbox for an email from us. If you do not see it, you may need to check your spam folder.

If it’s in spam, please whitelist or mark it as ‘not spam’.

Click on your email provider below to learn how to whitelist us:

Outlook     Gmail      Hotmail, Windows, MSN     Yahoo Mail     AOL

Outlook

Here you need to add the address or domain in question to a group called “safe senders”.

1. Click on “Settings”, then “View all Outlook settings”.
2. Go to “Junk email”, then choose “Safe senders and domains” or “Safe mailing lists”.
3. Enter [email protected] to add to Safe senders.

Gmail

To ensure email is delivered to your inbox, you must add [email protected] to your contact list.

1. On your computer, go to contacts.google.com
2. At the top left corner, select Create contact
3. Add our information including the email address [email protected]
4. Select Save in the bottom right corner

(via mobile /tablet)

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app
2. At the bottom right, tap Add
3. Add our information including the email address [email protected]
4. Make sure you save the contact to the correct account. Next to your email account, tap the Down arrow and then select the account that will receive the email messages you’re whitelisting.
5. When you’re finished, tap Save

1. If you see [email protected] in your spam folder, click on it.
2. At the top, you should see a grey square with the option to Report not spam.
3. Click this, so email won’t be sent to the spam folder.

Hotmail, Windows and MSN

To make sure you receive emails from us, you should add [email protected] to your list of safe senders. “Whitelist” us or an entire domain name, lifestylepp.co.uk to make sure our emails go to your inbox.

There are two ways to whitelist emails in Hotmail Live, Windows Live and MSN:

Check the Junk Folder
If an email from a sender you want to whitelist has ended up in your junk folder, the process is simple.

1. Click “Show Content” to view the body of the email.
2. Click “mark as safe”.

Manually Add the Sender to Your Safe List
If an existing email from the sender hasn’t already been trapped in your junk folder, you can manually add Shiv to your Safe List.

1. Click on “Options” in the upper right corner of your email screen.
2. Then click the link for “Safe and Blocked Senders” in the body of the page under Junk e-mail.
3. Click the “Safe Senders” link and enter [email protected] to whitelist.
4. Click “Add” to put it on your list.

Yahoo Mail

1. Check your Yahoo! Bulk folder
2. If you see the email from [email protected], highlight it and click “Not Spam”
3. This does not guarantee that your mail will be delivered in the future, but it does help.

1. Open Yahoo Mail Mobile App.
2. Click on the sidebar.
3. Click on the Spam folder.
4. Find [email protected]
5. Click “Move” and then click “Inbox”.

AOL

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, you must add the email address or corporate domain of the sender to your Address Book or Custom Sender List.

1. Log in to your AOL account.
2. Open Contacts from the left navigation pane.
3. Click the New Contact icon and enter [email protected]
4. Click the Add Contact button located at the bottom.
5. Click “Save”
