Today we catch up with Rima, an events and learning coordinator based in London. She was looking for an additional monthly income from a property asset outside of London which would give her the financial freedom to live life on her own terms.

We spoke to her to discuss her choice to invest in Leeds with Lifestyle Property People.

THE BACKGROUND

Rima heard about Lifestyle Property People from a few of our clients that have already successfully invested in BTL properties in Leeds, including her sister in-law.

She was drawn to the Leeds market because of the cheaper property prices and therefore the chance for the money she invested to go further than in London. Rima explained… “I had this feeling that it would be ok despite the pandemic, so I went for it! Renting a home is a necessity for many people and although anything could happen, I needed to take this step for my own independence.
