Although, among London investors, gross yield is the most popular calculation of return, we find that using the net return on investment allows us to take into account all these ‘hidden’ purchase and rental costs so you get an accurate picture of the net return.

Our aim is to maximise overall actual returns over the long term – that is the rental plus capital returns, with a model that actually yields what it promises…over time!

On the right are a couple of typical property deals. Compared to London, the returns are better and the funds required are much lower, so you can spread your risks over more properties! On top of the rental returns, many of our clients experience capital growth of between 5-10% p.a.
